1982 年 5 月，在 Vivian Noël de Roquefeuil 去世后，Lois Levieux 先生和 Paul “Rico” Chasteigner du Mée 先生接手了他的投资，并为 Casuarina 的发展提供了支持。

1989 年，第二阶段的建设开始，增加了 52 个房间。 然后在1999-2000年，酒店进行了全面重新设计，达到了93间高级客房和15间平房的实际规模，仍然保持相同的建筑风格和热带花园环境。

2003年12月，毛里求斯商业银行接管了Lois Levieux先生及其继承人的股权，并满怀信心地支持了木麻黄的发展。 2006 年，管理层决定通过开设巴厘岛水疗中心，为客人带来独特的身心体验。

2010 年 9 月，Casuarina 更名为 Alizée Resort Management Ltd，并开设了第二家酒店。 Le Cardinal Exclusive Resort 由毛里求斯共和国总统 Anerood Jugnauth 爵士主持开幕。

这 2 家酒店现在是 Alizée Resort Management Ltd 的一部分，其主要目标是保护其遗产并适应客人不断变化的需求。 2017 年，Alizee Resort Management Ltd 在毛里求斯的酒店业开始了其第 43 个年头，并且仍然是市场上为数不多的独立参与者之一。
